My favorite poems: Out Beyond Ideas.

Out Beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing there is a field. I'll meet you there. When the soul lies in that grass, the world is too full to talk about. Ideas, language, even the phrase "each other" doesn't make any sense.

I love this little poem. As you can see it is clear and simple, but very deep. It helps to remember us that everything is a concept, and to stay aware of that. Don't mistake reality with concept, things are not what we say they are.

What is out beyond concepts? That is the reality, the essence, the truth. What is beyond our ideas of wrong doing and right doing? Love, patience, existence :)
